Privacy Policy - the basics

What to include in the Privacy Policy

Please read them carefully before using our services.

 

1. Services: PrimeFinishKC provides mobile automotive detailing services, including but not limited to: Exterior Washes, Interior Detailing, Full Vehicle Details, Paint Protection Services, Maintenance Plans, Add-On Services. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, vehicle condition, and service location.

 

2. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, social media, phone, or other approved communication methods. While we do our best to honor all scheduled appointment times, delays may occur due to: traffic, weather, previous service conditions, equipment issues, or emergency situations. Customers will be notified as soon as possible regarding any scheduling changes.

 

3. Same-Day Booking & Rush Fees: Appointments booked on the same day as the requested service may be subject to a Rush Fee. Rush Fees help cover: schedule rearrangement, priority accommodations, travel adjustments, after-hours scheduling. Rush Fee pricing varies depending on: vehicle size, vehicle condition, time of request, distance traveled, and current availability. Customers will always be informed of any additional fees before the appointment is confirmed.

 

4. Pricing & Payment: All pricing listed on the website or social media is subject to change without notice. Final pricing may increase depending on: excessive dirt or mud, pet hair, sand, stains, odors, biohazards, oversized vehicles, excessive trash, conditions requiring additional labor. Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include: cash, debit/credit cards, Cash App, Venmo, or other approved payment platforms. Failure to submit payment may result in denied future service and possible legal collection efforts.

 

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.

 

6. Vehicle Access & Condition: Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time. Customers are responsible for removing: valuables, firearms, cash, personal belongings, and any other important documents. PrimeFinishKC is not responsible for: lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle, pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, electrical malfunctions, damage caused by worn materials or improperly installed aftermarket parts, pre-existing scratches, stains, tears, paint defects, oxidation, or damage may become more noticeable after cleaning.

 

7. Satisfaction Policy: Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any part of your service, you must contact us within 24 hours of the completed appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns, including touch-ups when appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of PrimeFinishKC.

 

8. Mobile Service Requirements: For mobile appointments, customers may be required to provide: safe working space, legal parking access, water access, electrical access. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service.

 

9. Weather Policy: Because we are a mobile detailing business, severe weather may require appointments to be rescheduled. This includes: rain, lightning, snow, high winds, or extreme temperatures. Customer and equipment safety will always take priority.

 

10. Website Use: By using this website, you agree not to: use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to damage or disrupt the website, copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission, submit false or misleading information. All branding, logos, graphics, photos, and website content are property of PrimeFinishKC unless otherwise stated.

 

11. Limitation of Liability: PrimeFinishKC shall not be held liable for: indirect or incidental damages, delays beyond our control, existing vehicle damage, damage caused by faulty vehicle components, issues resulting from previously damaged paint, trim, upholstery, or electronics. Some stains, odors, scratches, and imperfections may not be fully removable through detailing services.

 

12. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to: unsafe environments, aggressive or inappropriate behavior, hazardous materials, unsanitary conditions, misrepresentation of vehicle condition.

 

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions: PrimeFinishKC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
